Multiscale IS and IV Profiles

Interdaily stability and intradaily variability recomputed across epoch lengths, with the averaged ISm and IVm marked. Returns a ggplot object and never errors.

Usage

plot_multiscale(counts, timestamps)

Arguments

counts

Numeric activity vector.

timestamps

POSIXct timestamps, one per value.

Value

A ggplot object.
